Meet the Team

David Rink

President

Dave has experience firsthand in many of the trades involved in building. From design to finish work, Dave has lived each phase. Since 1976, he and wife, Liz, and their family have enjoyed Central Oregon through sports, skiing, community events and building a quality business. A graduate of COCC Small Business Development, Dave is presently studying for his Certified Green Builder designation. Twice president of CO Builders Assn. he is an active member since 1986.

Nate Ewan

Project Manager

Nate Ewen earned his B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University in 1994.  His construction background as a project manager and superintendent spans from commercial (high-tech, medical, tilt-ups, tenant improvements) to residential (custom homes, multi-family, remodel).  Nate’s skills and experience with design/build processes, estimating and planning add strength to our team.  He was recognized as a Certified Master Builder by the State of Oregon in 2005, and continues to pursue certification in green building and energy efficiency.  Nate has been living and working in Bend since 2003, is married, has two children, coaches soccer, enjoys running, road biking, skate skiing, and BBQ-ing/cooking.

Brianna Janssen

Vice President

Daughter of Liz and Dave, Brianna joined the business in 2006 and quickly learned about office management, human resources, sales, and financial evaluation. She is a member of Opportunity Knocks and attends COBA and Chamber meetings.                       

                        

Liz Rink

Marketing Executive

Liz is currently Marketing  Executive.    
Since the business' inception she has been a creative source.  From building Spec homes to job-site clean up, office manager to recycling.  She holds a BA degree in Art from UC Davis, serves on the City of Bend's Arts, Beautification, and Culture Commission, and is a graduate of Leadership Bend.  Liz attends meetings for the Bend Chamber, COBA, Building Green Council, and High Desert Design Council.
