David Rink

President

Dave has experience firsthand in many of the trades involved in building. From design to finish work, Dave has lived each phase. Since 1976, he and wife, Liz, and their family have enjoyed Central Oregon through sports, skiing, community events and building a quality business. A graduate of COCC Small Business Development, Dave is presently studying for his Certified Green Builder designation. Twice president of CO Builders Assn. he is an active member since 1986.

Rick Stilson

CEO

Rick joined the business in 2004. He brings a Business Degree from UC Davis and experience as a building project manager. His positive attitude and amazing work ethic are well known and appreciated by the clients.

Brianna Janssen

Vice President

Daughter of Liz and Dave, Brianna joined the business in 2006 and quickly learned about office management, human resources, sales, and financial evaluation. She is a member of Opportunity Knocks and attends COBA and Chamber meetings.
