Medical Construction

When BMC decided to add in-house imaging to their patient services, they called on us to help formulate a plan. The first floor location of the new radiology suite required a massive amount of structural modification to the building; all while keeping the offices directly overhead on the second floor occupied. Minimum clearances for the new Siemens equipment meant that every 1/8” of height between floors was significant. The new use required upgraded ventilation, power, stringent sound control and mechanical systems to be shoehorned into the seemingly non-existent space. The result is a beautiful imaging suite designed for patient comfort and function; but like the images being generated,its what’s beneath the surface that really counts.
